SWC 2.0 – The Level Up

By purchasing and accessing SWC 2.0 The Level Up, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before enrolling.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY (NO REFUNDS)

SWC 2.0 – The Level Up is a digital product. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to materials, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.

2. PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITY

If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all remaining payments. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal of access. No cancellations or refunds will be granted for remaining balances.

3. CHARGEBACK POLICY

By purchasing this program, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes. In the event of a chargeback, SWC reserves the right to immediately revoke access to the program and take further action to recover funds.

4. ACCESS & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

Access to the program is granted for individual use only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any part of the program.

SWC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time if misuse, account sharing, or violation of these terms is detected.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within SWC 2.0 – The Level Up, including but not limited to videos, training materials, systems, and resources, is the intellectual property of SWC.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, or use this content for resale or personal gain outside of the program. Legal action may be taken for violations.

6. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

All members must maintain a respectful and professional environment. Harassment, hate speech, misleading claims, spam, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

7. ANTI-SPAM & ANTI-SCAM POLICY

Any form of spam, including unsolicited messaging, mass outreach without consent, or misleading promotions, is strictly prohibited.

Scam behavior, false representation, or deceptive marketing practices will result in immediate termination of access and removal from the program without refund.

8. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

SWC provides education, tools, and strategies. We do not guarantee income, results, or success.

All results depend on individual effort, consistency, and application. By joining, you accept full responsibility for your outcomes.

9. AFFILIATE TERMS

Participation in the affiliate program is subject to approval.

Affiliates must:

– Use their unique tracking link

– Promote ethically and truthfully

– Avoid misleading or exaggerated claims

– Avoid spam or unauthorized marketing

Commission structure: affiliates receive 85% commission, and SWC retains 15% per sale.

Any abuse, manipulation, spam activity, or violation of these terms will result in removal from the affiliate program and forfeiture of commissions.

10. NON-DISPARAGEMENT

By joining SWC, you agree not to make false, misleading, or harmful statements about the program, its founders, or its community.

11. PLATFORM TERMS

This program is hosted on a third-party platform. By accessing SWC, you also agree to comply with the platform’s Terms of Service.

12. MODIFICATIONS

SWC reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

13. TERMINATION

SWC reserves the right to remove any member at any time for violations of these terms, without refund.

14. LEGAL JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

15. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By joining SWC, you consent to receive communications, updates, and support messages via email or other platforms.

16. SUPPORT

We are committed to supporting our members. Support is available through official channels including email and community platforms.
